The Santa Cruz App allows users to access Bancanet electronic services, as well as relevant and interesting information such as News, Benefits, Contact Us, and Location.

Public Area
<ul>
<li>No need to be a bank client or have a Bancanet user to access.</li>
<li>Features include browsing and sharing news, contacting and sharing business centers, ATMs, and banking subagents through the Location function.</li>
<li>Users can search and share benefits, contact the bank through the Contact Us feature, check exchange rates, access FAQs, browse links of interest, and customize language and main map settings.</li>
<li>For existing bank clients, the app allows for registering new users, logging in with current username and password, remembering usernames, logging in with fingerprint authentication, and changing passwords.</li>

Private Area
<ul>
<li>This area is exclusively for bank clients with registered user accounts on our digital channels.</li>
<li>Features include product inquiries (transactions, details, statements), transfers (between own accounts, third-party accounts, other banks), product payments (own products, third-party products, other banks), service payments (own services, third-party services), adding and removing third-party accounts, personal data configuration (passwords, secret questions and answers), fingerprint and facial recognition settings, as well as device registration and activation.</li>
